In connection with both the Municipal and Real Estate portions of our practice, our attorneys have significant experience with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) process that is required for most land use applications.  We have successfully represented clients in matters with the NYSDEC and have negotiated mutually agreeable resolutions between the NYSDEC and our clients.  

As part of our General Litigation Practice, we regularly appear for administrative/employment hearings to represent union members and/or municipal employees to enforce their contractual benefits and ensure the client is afforded due process.
