Kevin has been admitted to the practice of law for 35 years. He is the senior litigation attorney in the office with diverse trial experience for both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and general liability matters. Kevin has tried numerous cases in both, the Suffolk and Nassau County Supreme and District Courts, as well as the Supreme and Civil Courts in the Five Boroughs. Included among those matters he has litigated are, construction and contract cases, negligence cases, medical and dental malpractice defense, municipality defense, and landlord-tenant matters.

Kevin and the office are outside counsel to several Suffolk County Towns and Villages. Although Kevin regularly represents and advises many of the office’s commercial and municipal clients, as well as various insurance carriers, his “blue collar” roots have made him understanding of the legal issues and the associated costs often faced by the average person. As such, he uses his 35 years of experience to negotiate alternative resolutions to avoid costly and uncertain litigation.

For over 15 years Kevin had also taught multiple courses including, among others, Business Law I & II and Legal Aspects of Health Administration, at St. Joseph’s College (now St. Joseph’s University) Adult and Professional Studies program. Kevin consistently received high ratings from the students due to his ability to effectively communicate course material and relate it to real life.
